Fergus began his career at GVA Grimley (now GVA) where he was responsible for advising both retailers and landlords on a national basis. Following this Fergus spent 5 years at Westfield specialising in asset management and Shopping Centre leasing, prior to setting up McKinnon Nelson in 2011.
Fergus advises occupiers and enjoys dealing with both independents as well as national retailers, and his clients include Lambretta, Santoro, Gamer X, D&S Stores, Validate and others.
