There are 280,000 shops in the UK, of which at any one point in time approximately 10% are occupied by temporary / pop-up retailers.

These retailers are likely to account for in excess of £2 billion pounds towards the UK’s economy this year, and it is one of the country’s fastest growing sectors employing around 52,000 staff, and growing every day.

A report by EE and CEBR, predicts that this sector will grow by 8.4% this year, double the estimated growth of 3.4% for the high street, and therefore will become even more important to our high streets.
